| Hi, I’m Mrs Graham and I’m in charge of the Giraffes! When I’m not in school, I love to spend time with my little boy called Bobby. I also love to go and watch football - I have a season ticket for Sheffield United. My favourite subjects to teach in school are Maths and Geography. I can’t wait to see what this year brings. | Hi! I'm Mrs Sowood and I'm in charge of the Lions! I love to read as it allows my imagination to run wild. Outside of school, I enjoy watching football and listening (sometimes singing!) to music. My favourite subject is History because I am curious about how the past has influenced the present; I love to bring this to life in my lessons. |
This half-term we will be focusing on History, in particular “The Victorians." Our book driver will be ‘The Nowhere Emporium’ by Ross Mackenzie, and we will use this story as a basis for our writing this term. We will also be exploring the artist Pablo Picasso to create a piece of art inspired by him. In Science, we are looking at the Circulatory System, particularly at the heart and what our blood is made up of.
